Check your inbox for an email with the subject line: "your name, save dollar amount at CVS"
I received mine on 4/15 in the afternoon for $4/$20.
Many people seem to not have luck with getting emails like this. Check your spam folder for starters. For a while I didn't realize mine were going to my spam folder until I finally went through it one day only to see expired coupons! I have CVS in my contacts list now. (email@extracare.cvs.com)
Also, register your card with CVS.com. Make sure to go through your profile settings and ask to receive emails.
I've also heard of people calling about the emails not going through and within a couple weeks they begin to pop up.
