So there is a P&G promo until 3/2: Spend $25 on select products, get $10 off Catalina!!
From what I've heard so far, it would be best to make sure that your total is $25 after eCoupons, since they take off the amount automatically, I suppose it messes up the system into believing you didn't spend $25. But, you should be able to use your coupons according after your total mark is met! (Nowhere in the promo does it say this total must be after coupons. The eCoupons are just different it seems)
So here's a quick and easy way to do the promo:

Total cost BEFORE any coupons: $27.48
Total cost AFTER eCoupons but BEFORE paper coupons: $25.48.

It's like paying $4.49!
This was the BEST scenario I could find after going through every single eCoupon and going to the store to check what is actually part of the deal. Everything listed is confirmed with NE Texas prices.
I would suggest doing this on or before 2/28 as the eCoupons expire then.
